We just returned from a three-night getaway at Eagles Landing. Jennifer was a great host. The home was everything she said it would be. You can recognize attention to detail when you see it.
The home was clean and well appointed. The chef’s kitchen is spectacular, the oversized deck proved to be a great place to hang out and catch up with friends. We grilled, ate and toasted the newest member of the 70’s club.
We all (6 of us) would highly recommend a stay at Eagles Landing.

Jennifer’s house is absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a better spot for our February ski vacation. The house is gorgeous- it is sunny, spacious and modern with everything you might want. The beds were so comfortable. The location is perfect- it is in a private wooded area but near several cute little towns with great dining and activities. We chose it because of its proximity to multiple ski resorts, but imagine it is absolutely stunning the remainder of the year as well. Jennifer was an exceptional host and was very responsive and generous. We look forward to returning.

Jennifer was very responsive to any questions I had leading up to check in, and she also made a few local restaurant suggestions. The house was very updated and extremely clean. We enjoyed the quiet and spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The kitchen was very functional and had brand new appliances and cookware and having the open concept to the living room and fireplace it made our time there extremely enjoyable. We will absolutely be booking again! Thank you!!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway with a group of friends for my boyfriend’s birthday and I couldn’t have picked a better location and house ! It had everything we needed and more to enjoy a nice relaxed weekend with all our friends! I’m in architecture for a living and I thought the remodel of the house came out amazing ! The hot tub and large deck with grill, slow cooker, and fire pit area were the perfect exterior touches to make this house worth picking ! The inside of the house was also beautifully done and had a great home feel. Jennifer was a very active and easily reachable host and we definitely would recommend anyone stay here! We will definitely be renting this beautiful home again! If I could rate Jennifer and her home higher than five stars I would! It was just perfect for our weekend of birthday surprises and relaxation with our friends!

This Airbnb was an absolute dream! Every detail of the home was so well thought out, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The house was spotless, and the modern bathrooms were a great touch. The lighting and large windows created such a bright and inviting space, and we truly felt right at home. Our group of 8 girls loved every moment, especially the spacious jacuzzi that fit all of us perfectly!

Eagles Landing is a new luxury lake home right on Lake Winnipesaukee with everything you need to create moments you’ll love to remember.
The Summer brings nature to life, inviting you to lounge by the lake view as you slow sip on some coffee, grill up a steak on the huge deck next to the tall pines, and soak in the warm water of the high-end hot tub just taking in the stars.
The Fall offers you an opportunity to sit in solitude with the Autumn colors reflecting off the water, cast a fishing reel from the boat dock into the crisp air of Hermit Cove, and walk easy in the backwoods to the sound of a soft breeze rustling the leaves.
The Winter gives you a chance to lodge in Moultonborough – a central access point to multiple ski areas, feast on a Moulton Farm ready-made Thanksgiving meal in the chef’s kitchen, and wake up warm on the morning of a white Christmas to a tree in the spacious open-concept living area.
The Spring provides you the occasion to see how the thaw waters the woods, watch how the maple trees start flowing sap into the sugar shacks so you can taste that sweet syrup, and listen to the tweets of birds returning to the upcoming Summer.
The indoor space
Eagles Landing provides you with all the bonus amenities you will not find at other properties.
Free parking on premises fits up to 5 vehicles comfortably. The side door of the property, near the driveway, is the primary access of the home. There’s a smart lock with an electronic keypad. We’ll provide your lock access code prior to arrival, and self check-in gives you smooth access to the home.
The main indoor gathering space is built with an open concept naturally connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining area all under a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen has Thermador appliances, a Breville Oracle Touch automatic latte/espresso/coffee machine, a standard coffee maker, free coffee beans, and a kitchen island with seating for 4 people.
The living room has a fire place, a couch, a sofa bed, a (size?) TV, and Roku.
The dining area has air conditioning, a dining table with seating for 8 people, heating, and wine glasses.
With 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 full baths, the fully-furnished property fits 10 guests comfortably. All bedrooms have air conditioning, bed linens, clothing storage, heating, room-darkening shades, a (size?) TV, and Roku. The main bedroom has a king bed, and all other bedrooms have a queen bed.
All bathrooms are full bathrooms with air conditioning, body soap, conditioner, hair dryer, hand soap, heating, hot water, shampoo, shower, shower gel, and towels. Bathroom 1 – the main bathroom – has a bidet, a toilet seat warmer, two mirrors, and two sinks. Bathroom 3 has a bathtub.
The laundry area has a clothing iron, a dryer, laundry detergent, towels, and a washer.
The outdoor space
The deck has a hot tub, a gas grill, a wood pellet smoker, a fire table, 2 outdoor patio heater towers, outdoor seating, an outdoor dining area, and outdoor wifi.
The backyard has a large grassy space, a fire pit, free firewood, and 8 Adirondack chairs.
The private little beach has 4 Adirondack chairs, 2 kayaks, and some floats.
The private dock has electricity, and outdoor wifi. For boating, the dock is seasonal – we open sometime in May, and close in early October. To boat launch, you can use Moultonborough’s Long Island Boat Ramp just down the road.
This home is a lakefront property on Lake Winnipesaukee – Lake Winni is only 200’ away. With direct lake access, the boat dock extends 40-feet into Hermit Cove with room for two 28′ boats. A short few-minutes away is Braun Bay, where you can float at the popular Braun Bay Sandbar.
Wifi on the entire property lets you access the internet both indoors and outdoors – from the house, to the deck, to the dock.
