HOME GUIDE

This home guide is our centralized-resource companion as we navigate all the new things and places that are in and around Eagles Landing.

Check in after 4:00PM.
The primary access of the home is the side door of the property near the driveway.
Self check-in with the smart keypad lock.
We’ll provide a lock access code prior to arrival. If not, message me.

Step-by-step instructions for amenities including: self check-in, microwave, hot tub, and more.

Recommendations to the places we frequent around Eagles Landing including: Italian food, Mexican food, grocery stores, a music venue, and more.

You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.

10 guests maximum. No daytime guest without prior approval.
No pets.
No smoking.
No parties or events.
Commercial photography is allowed.
Quiet hours: 10:00PM – 7:00AM.
No flushing anything additional down the toilet other than toilet paper – including products marketed as “flushable” – because it will clog the septic system, and potentially cause severe hazardous-water damage to the entire property.

Keep hot tub covered when not in use.
No splashing out hot tub water.
No urinating in the hot tub.
No spilling drinks in the hot tub water.
No smoking in the hot tub.
No bringing anything in the hot tub that is not meant to go in a hot tub because it will clog the filter and shut off.
If the hot tub has to be drained, filled, and reheated, due to negligence; there will be a $500 fee.
Gross misuse of the hot tub will result in a $500 fee.
