You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Checking in and out
- Check in after 4:00 PM.
- Checkout before 10:00 AM.
- Self check in with smart keypad lock.
During your stay
- 10 guests maximum. No daytime guest without prior approval.
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- No parties or events.
- Commercial photography is allowed.
- Quiet hours: 10:00PM – 7:00AM.
- No flushing anything additional down the toilet other than toilet paper – including products marketed as “flushable” – because it will clog the septic system, and potentially cause severe hazardous-water damage to the entire property.
Hot tub rules:
- Keep hot tub covered when not in use.
- No splashing out hot tub water.
- No urinating in the hot tub.
- No spilling drinks in the hot tub water.
- No smoking in the hot tub.
- No bringing anything in the hot tub that is not meant to go in a hot tub because it will clog the filter and shut off.
- If the hot tub has to be drained, filled, and reheated, due to negligence; there will be a $500 fee.
- Gross misuse of the hot tub will result in a $500 fee.
Before you leave
- Place all used dishes in the dishwasher, and run a cycle.
- Place all used towels in a hamper.
- Close and lock all windows.
- Turn off all lights.
- Lock all exterior doors.
- Cover the deck couches.
- Cover the hot tub.
- Message me when you’ve checked-out.
