This home guide is our resource companion as we navigate all the new things and places that are in and around Eagles Landing.
Check-in guide

Check in after 4:00PM.
·
The primary access of the home is the side door of the property near the driveway.
·
Self check in with the smart keypad lock.
·
We’ll provide a lock access code prior to arrival. If not, message me.

Home rules guide
You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
During your stay
·
10 guests maximum.
·
No daytime guest without prior approval.
·
No pets.
·
No smoking.
·
No parties or events.
·
Commercial photography is allowed.
·
Quiet hours: 10:00PM – 7:00AM.
·
No flushing anything additional down the toilet other than toilet paper – including products marketed as “flushable” – because it will clog the septic system, and potentially cause severe hazardous-water damage to the entire property.
· Hot tub rules:
·
Keep hot tub covered when not in use.
·
No splashing out hot tub water.
·
No urinating in the hot tub.
·
No spilling drinks in the hot tub water.
·
No smoking in the hot tub.
·
No bringing anything in the hot tub that is not meant to go in a hot tub because it will clog the filter and shut off.
·
If the hot tub has to be drained, filled, and reheated, due to negligence; there will be a $500 penalty.
·
Gross misuse of the hot tub will result in a $500 penalty.
Checkout guide
·
Place all used dishes in the dishwasher, and run a cycle.
·
Place all used towels in a hamper.
·
Close and lock all windows.
·
Turn off all lights.
·
Lock all exterior doors.
·
Checkout before 10:00AM.
·
Message me when you’ve checked-out.
